Carly & Dan’s Bruisyard Hall Summer Wedding

Photographing weddings across this part of Suffolk, I’m blessed by having some wonderful venues on the doorstep. Historic houses, rustic barns and swanky hotels, we’ve got ‘em all! So it was great to get the call to photograph Carly & Dan’s Bruisyard Hall summer wedding a while back. Bruisyard is a venue I’ve come to know really well, having been one of their recommended suppliers since 2015

Summer Wedding Photography at Bruisyard Hall

Carly & Dan have a shared love of Indie music and this was reflected in their day. From tables named after their favourite bands to their choice of evening entertainment, the day had a musical twist. Carly even gave Dan a wedding day gift of framed hand-written Libertines lyrics, signed by Pete Docherty - lucky fellah, eh! The evening party was a raucous affair, featuring lots of dancing and a random reel of gaffer tape… scroll to the bottom few images to see more ;-)

Special mention also for Carly’s simply stunning Oscar de la Renta dress which looked incredible, perfectly complemented by a pair of Rachel Simpson shoes and bridal bouquet by the always excellent Helen Newman. Carly also gave Katie Loxton gift bags to her bridesmaids, packed with lots of goodies from their range of accessories.
